Return Policy – Omniair
At Omniair we strive to provide the highest quality products, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the product in accordance with our returns policy.
1. Right of withdrawal
- As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. This does not apply to opened or used products for hygienic reasons.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period via info@omniair.nl. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
2. Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- Nose strips that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
- The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.
3. Refund
- Once we have received and inspected the returned product, you will receive a full refund within 14 days, including any standard shipping costs of the original order.
- The costs for returning the product are at your expense, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake during delivery.
4. Exceptions
- Products that are sealed for hygiene or health reasons and whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.
- Products that are damaged or no longer in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
- If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via i nfo@omniair.nl , so we can solve the problem.
- In the event of a defect or incorrect delivery, we will cover the return costs and provide a replacement product or refund.
6. How to Return?
- Send an email to i nfo@omniair.nl with your name, order number and reason for return.
- Please pack the product carefully and send it to the following address:

We recommend that you keep proof of postage as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
